Skills & Qualifications
- Develop executive-level presentations and reports that effectively communicate technical strategies, project updates, and business impacts.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for platforms, products, and processes using industry best practices.
- Manage and organize content in Confluence for easy access and collaboration across teams.
- Track and document project progress using JIRA, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to gather information and synthesize into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to brand guidelines and meets the expectations of senior leadership.
- Project management skills also needed - this is not a technical writer role, rather PM with communication skills.
- W2 only, uptown, hybrid 3 days a week onsite.
This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 – $62.00/hr.
