Contract

$56.09 – 61.09 per hour

8am to 5pm

Bachelors

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for timely feature delivery.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define test cases, review results, and approve feature readiness.
• Drive a testing-first mindset to maintain quality standards.
• Partner with the Scrum Master to remove blockers and keep sprints on track.
• Lead meetings to clarify requirements, review progress, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and content teams to refine requirements and support implementation.
• Track progress against sprint goals and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support release planning and ensure deployment readiness.
• Oversee testing activities, including test plans and defect tracking, to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

7 years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Must have experience with personalization/experimentation platforms, preferably Adobe Target. Needs to have a decent technical acumen and history in technically complex organizations.
