Project​/Program Manager W2 Hybrid

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in creating clear, concise, and visually compelling documentation for executive audiences. This role requires proficiency in PowerPoint, technical writing, and collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical concepts into strategic, business-friendly narratives for C-level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities and qualifications will align with the following.

• Develop executive-level presentations and reports that effectively communicate technical strategies, project updates, and business impacts.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for platforms, products, and processes using industry best practices.
• Manage and organize content in Confluence for easy access and collaboration across teams.
• Track and document project progress using JIRA, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to gather information and synthesize into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to brand guidelines and meets the expectations of senior leadership.

Project management skills also needed- this is not a technical writer role, rather PM with communication skills.

W2 only, uptown, hybrid 3 days a week onsite.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $62.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Charlotte, NC.
