• Python Engineering:
  Strong Python development background; clean, modular code design for data pipelines, API’s and LLM integration
• LLM Integration:
  Experience connecting enterprise or proprietary data to open-source models (e.g., Claude, or similar).
• Vector Databases & Retrieval:
  Familiar with embeddings, RAG pipelines, and tools like Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma. (Familiarity with those tools not required)
• Agent Frameworks:
  Hands‑on with tools such as Lang Chain, Llama Index, CrewAI, or Open Devin for multi‑agent orchestration and tool‑use workflows.
• APIs & Infrastructure:
  Ability to build Python API services that connect data sources, functions, and LLM endpoints.
• Data Engineering Foundation:
  Experience preparing structured/unstructured data (SQL, document parsing, metadata tagging).
• Cloud & Dev Ops:
  Deploying models or RAG services on AWS (or other cloud platforms);
  Docker familiarity.
• Evaluation & Fine‑Tuning:
  Basic understanding of model selection, prompt evaluation, and lightweight fine‑tuning or adapters (e.g., LoRA, PEFT).

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Hands on experience building and deploying AI or data driven applications
• Working knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG)
• Familiarity with vector databases and AWS
