Pay: $68-$81/hour W2 (no C2C)

Duration: 1+ year contract

We are seeking a hands‑on Dev Ops Engineer with strong AWS, observability, and infrastructure‑as‑code experience to support production systems and greenfield SaaS development. This role is for someone who enjoys new cloud tooling, autonomous problem‑solving, and AI‑assisted development and can operate comfortably in fast‑changing environments.

• Demonstrated initiative and ownership in past roles
• Willingness to ask questions and engage rather than operate in isolation
• Stable work history (strong tenure; not a job‑hopper)
• Strong AWS and cloud fundamentals
• Experience with Terraform or Cloud Formation
• Comfort using AI tools for coding, troubleshooting, and learning
• Solid understanding of:
• HTTPS
• How a basic web application works

• 9+ years of applied Dev Ops / Production Engineering experience
• Experience with Splunk, Datadog, App Dynamics, or similar monitoring tools
• Ability to create dashboards, alerts, and reports
• Experience correlating environment conditions and metrics to application events
• Source control management experience with Git
• Enterprise production troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Understanding of enterprise‑scale platforms and architectures
• Experience coordinating with upstream applications to resolve incidents
