This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Charlotte, NC for an AI ML Engineer. The AI ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges. Responsibilities include implementing pattern recognition models, working with neural networks, analyzing data using statistical methods, and developing algorithms for scalable solutions. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems and optimize workflows is a key aspect of the role.

• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Statistics
• Experience in designing and implementing Algorithms for machine learning systems
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively
• Master’s or PhD degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Applied Mathematics
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch) preferred
• Proven ability to optimise and deploy machine learning models in real‑world environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences
