Summary:
The L&D Learner Experience team ensures the successful delivery of learning programs/events by providing outstanding client service and teaming effectively across various functional groups. In this role, you will support the planning, logistics, delivery, registration, learning management system updates, reporting and may include instructor sourcing and live session operational support.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms;
Cvent/Cornerstone preferred
* Experience in large, complex organizations;
Consulting background a plus
* Onsite and virtual event delivery experience
* Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets: pivots, reporting)
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;
Strong written communication
