About the role
As a Lead SDET in Test Automation
, you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable test automation solutions across web, middleware, and database technologies. You will be a valued member of our Quality Engineering team, collaborating closely with development, Dev Ops, and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers to deliver robust testing solutions.
- Design, build, and enhance test automation frameworks for UI, web services, and mobile applications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate automation into Dev Ops workflows.
- Develop engineering metrics and root cause analysis reports to improve quality and efficiency.
- Drive client solutions and proposals while ensuring alignment with best practices.

- 12+ years of QA and test automation experience across web, middleware, and database technologies.
- Minimum 5+ years of programming experience in Java, with foundational knowledge of Java-Spring concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, Git Hub, Maven, and test management tools like Rally, ALM, Jira.
- Proven ability to implement new automation solutions and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Dev Ops culture and continuous integration/testing practices.
- Experience in mobile automation and complex framework implementation.
- Ability to build engineering metrics and perform root cause analysis.
- Expertise in driving client proposals and delivering innovative automation solutions.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and advanced scripting for automation.
