About the role
As a Program Manager – Commercial Underwriting & Claims, you will make an impact by leading strategic program delivery and transformation initiatives across commercial underwriting and claims functions. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with CIO stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and alignment with enterprise goals.
In this role, you will:- Lead planning and execution of commercial underwriting and claims programs.
- Manage communication and expectations of C-level stakeholders.
- Align client's strategic goals with program delivery, including Test Automation, Gen AI and Data Strategy.
- Change Management & adoption for processes, strategies, and tools.
- Champion transformation and innovation across the enterprise.
- Develop, manage program budgets, identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Charlotte, NC. What you need to have to be considered- 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
- 15+ years of testing experience with strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial P&C Claims.
- Proven experience working directly with CIOs and senior stakeholders.
- Strong mix of business and technical acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Gen AI and data strategy implementation.
- Strong budgeting and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to influence and align strategic goals across business and technology teams.
