Job Overview
We are seeking a Systems, Business Analyst, or QA Analyst with 8‑9 years of overall experience and 3‑5+ years in a relevant analyst role. The position is hybrid and located in Charlotte, NC or Iseline, NJ.
Key ResponsibilitiesDocument and test requirements using collaborative tools such as Rational Team Concert, Rational Requirements Composer, JIRA, Requisite Pro, Caliber, Rally, Version One, ALM, or Confluence.
Work with product owners, stakeholders, and technical staff to define and validate solution design.
Qualifications- 8‑9 years overall experience, with 3‑5+ years as a Systems/Business Analyst or QA Analyst.
- Proficiency in at least one of the listed collaborative management tools.
- Experience working with product owners, stakeholders, and technical staff.
- Experience with executives or vendors.
- Experience with Financial Planning and Wealth Management systems development.
- Background in the Financial Services industry.
- Knowledge of Splunk, SQL, XML/XSD, XML‑based test harnesses, web service troubleshooting tools, API design, data models, and database entity–relationship diagrams.
- Experience with Wealth Management software.
- Understanding of retirement planning, modern portfolio theory, or general investment principles.
Mid‑Senior level;
Full‑time.
