• Design and develop automation frameworks for security processes and tools.
• Build reusable components and libraries to accelerate automation initiatives.
• Automate dashboards, alerts, and reporting using Grafana for security monitoring and analytics.
• Develop robust Python scripts and modules for process automation and integration.
• Collaborate with security engineering, Dev Ops, and infrastructure teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure automation solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Optimize existing automation workflows for performance and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on automation standards and practices.

• 68 years of experience in automation development, with at least 3 years in the security domain.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and framework development.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana for dashboard automation and visualization.
• Solid understanding of security principles and processes (IAM, monitoring, compliance).
• Experience in designing modular and scalable automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and integration patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Exposure to SIEM/SOAR platforms and security orchestration.
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus.
