Type: Contract

• More than 8 years’ experience involving scoping, analysis, design, development, customizations, and implementation of SAP CRM solutions.
• At least 2 years of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) experience.
• Extensive CRM functional experience, including Interaction Center, WEBUI, Mobile Integration, Service Management, Marketing, and Sales, with integrations to Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Financials, and Controlling.
• Experience with SAP C4C solutions like Account Management, Productivity and Personalization, Real-Time Analytics, Opportunity Management, and Insight.
• Experience integrating C4C with SAP ERP or CRM On-Premise using HCI or PI.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud process design, web services, and UI development using HTML and Silverlight.
• Good understanding of SAP CRM Mobile applications and their integration with handheld devices.
• Proficiency in ABSL, UI Script, UI Designer in Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) for developing and deploying complex C4C solutions.

• Configure C4C solutions using KUT.
• Create extension fields and integrate C4C with backend ECC and CRM.
• Perform C4C administrator tasks such as user creation.
• Enhance C4C solutions using SDK Toolkit on PDI platform.
• Fine-tune and manage activities related to new business objects.
• Modify user interfaces to include extension fields and link new business objects.
• Integrate data via web services and XML.
• Utilize tracing and debugging features.
• Build data sources and create reports using Adaptation Tools.
• Establish approval tasks and notification rules based on new business objects.
• Design architecture and build add-on solutions for mobile devices.
• Create reuse libraries and publish new add-ons.
• Provide workaround solutions for critical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Manage C4C master data collation and input, support data migration and cleansing tasks.
• Deliver solutions in SAP C4C environment including employee loading, master data loads, and training sessions.
• Support business during training and rollout, resolve issues related to SAP C4C on iPads and desktops.
• Troubleshoot C4C issues and support production environment during rollout.
