This role involves managing the performance of the service desk, ensuring high-quality technical support for employees across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT support management, a strong background in service level agreement management, and excellent leadership skills.

Experience with tools such as Auto Task and Datto RMM is preferred.
