Our client, Cynet Systems, is searching for an Evergreen Deployment Technician to work in Charlotte, NC on a contract basis.

Responsibilities- Complete hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals) for the duration of the FY26 Evergreen project.
- Transport and store computer inventory following documented procedures; potentially push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Image computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM.
- Schedule computer replacements with end users through Service Now, complete the refreshes, reclaim and transport old computers, and document inventory updates within HAM Pro (in Service Now).
- Conduct the computer refreshes at each end user’s desk; professional appearance and excellent customer service are expected.
- Experience with Service Now & HAM Pro, and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus.
- Technicians will travel to various county buildings in a county vehicle driven by a full‑time employee.
