- Ensure team follows good standards.
- Ensure code is extensible.
- Ensure code has proper documentation.
- Set up code review meetings with clients.
- Maintain code review comments in SharePoint.
- Maintain all channel app documents - UIDD, Wireframes, Style Guide.
- UI Design discussion - proposing solutions.
- Handle lead triages.
- Follow Agile routines.
- Provide effective status reporting.
- Provide estimates in story points and release planning.
- Coordinate onshore/offshore.
- Assign tasks effectively to the team.
- Problem solving.
