Evergreen Deployment Technician

This is an onsite (0% remote Project) at Charlotte NC. In-person interview will be required. Candidates local to NC preferred.

This is a vacant position. The work will be completed onsite.

This position is responsible for completing hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals) for the duration of the FY26 Evergreen project.

Specifics tasks include but are not limited to:

• transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly)
• imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
• scheduling computer replacements with end users through Service Now, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in Service Now)

The computer refreshes will take place at each end user s desk, professional appearance and excellent customer service is expected.

Experience with Service Now & HAM Pro, and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus.

Technicians will be traveling to various county buildings in county vehicle driven by full time employee.

• Experience with larger scale deployments (1000/year or similar) – Required – 2 Years
• Experience transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly) – Required – 2 Years
• Experience imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM – Required – 2 Years
• Experience scheduling computer replacements with end users through Service Now – Required – 2 Years
• Experience with computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in Service Now) – Required – 2 Years
• Experience with Service Now & HAM Pro – Highly desired
• Experience with Apple iPhone deployment – Highly desired
