Summary: Seeking a seasoned Telecom Business Analyst with strong expertise in telecom solutions, IVR systems, and back‑office operations to drive requirements, design IVR/conversational flows, and support end‑to‑end solution delivery.
Responsibilities- Gather and document business/functional requirements for telecom, IVR, and conversational AI systems
- Design and optimize IVR and conversational flows for improved customer experience
- Translate business needs into user stories, BRDs, and functional specifications
- Support system integration, testing, and UAT
- Act as liaison between business, technical teams, and vendors
- 10+ years as a Business Analyst in the telecom domain
- Strong experience with IVR systems and telecom operations
- Agile experience and basic SQL skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with Kore.ai, prompt engineering, LLM/ML exposure
- Knowledge of BSS/billing systems
- Mid-Senior level
