Sr Data Scientist | W2 only | Charlotte, NC - Hybrid
Location: Charlotte, NC
Required Pay Scale: $65–$70/hr - W2 only, NO C2C
Duration: 12–18 months
Job Title: Sr Data Scientist
*** Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***
Project Details- Will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data science solutions that address complex business problems
- This is not a lead or architect position; it is a hands‑on coding role within an Agile environment
- Strong hands‑on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling
- Proven expertise in Python programming
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, GenAI models, and OpenAI APIs
- Understanding of model evaluation metrics, fine‑tuning, and deployment best practices
- Experience with data visualization tools and data analysis libraries (Pandas, Num Py, etc.)
- Agile methodology experience
