Release Train Engineer – Innova Solutions (Client)

Full time, Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location:
3 days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC
- Lead and manage the Agile release train.
- Facilitate PI planning, backlog refinement, and system demos.
- Coordinate cross‑team collaboration and resolve impediments.
- Promote continuous improvement and Lean‑Agile principles.
- 8+ years in software development or IT delivery roles.
- 5+ years in Agile leadership roles (Scrum Master, RTE, or similar).
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred; SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) a plus.
- Strong facilitation and servant‑leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure Dev Ops).
- Understanding of Lean‑Agile principles and SAFe framework.
- Proven track record of delivering successful Agile releases.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Pay Range: $70 – $74 per hour.
- Pay range is based on education, experience, location, duties, certifications, and other factors.
