Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.

• Design, develop, and optimize OLTP, ODS, and BI database structures to support high-throughput and mission-critical applications.
• Write and tune advanced SQL including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages to ensure peak database performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve database performance, data quality, and security, ensuring compliance with enterprise governance standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and reliable database solutions.
• Support Agile delivery and SDLC processes, proactively identifying and removing impediments to ensure high-quality on-time delivery.

NOTE:

Client has Mandatory Contractor Time Away – 5 days Every Quarter. Mandatory to work 3-day onsite.

• 5 years of Database Administrator experience
• 5 years of strong SQL experience
• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree

• Agile Project Management
• Good Communication

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
