We're seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Specialist to drive key initiatives on the Oracle platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong finance and accounting awareness who can translate complex business needs into effective application and operational solutions.

You’ll leverage your technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM to deliver application design, module configuration, user acceptance testing, and end‑user training
. Experience managing projects across the full SDLC is a plus.

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules (Financial Consolidation & Close, Account Reconciliation, EDM, Reporting)
• Analyze, design, configure, and test enhancements to support evolving business processes
• Participate in Oracle EPM projects: configuration, implementation, testing, and training
• Identify opportunities to improve how Oracle EPM is leveraged and introduce best practices
• Produce system requirement specifications, data flow diagrams, test plans, and process documentation
• Ensure compliance with technology direction, change management, and security policies
• Partner with Oracle development teams to validate user interfaces and requirements
• Deliver technical support and user training
• Participate in late‑night production support and weekend implementation work as needed

• Hands‑on technical understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM concepts and module functionality
• Solid finance and accounting knowledge
• Ability to describe end‑to‑end business processes and integration points across functions
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills (MS Project experience is a plus)

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive consensus and present complex ideas clearly
• Team‑oriented approach with strong collaboration skills
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM experience
• Finance/accounting industry background preferred
• Strong English communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience supporting and implementing new financial modules
• Minimum 3+ years TOAD/SQL experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
• Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM certification is a plus
