Team: Manages the Level 2 (L2) team within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) group, a subset of Global Information Security (GIS).
Function: Provides second‑level support for identity authentication and access management services. Partners with other GIS teams.

This role focuses on production support; engineering tasks are not part of the responsibilities. Releases will be a significant portion of the role, so candidates must be comfortable with release management.

Ping Identity suite (Ping Access, Ping Directory, etc.) – core tools.

MFA solution:
Hyper.

• Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication.
• Oversee OTP (One‑Time Password) token management.
• Handle SSO issues, authentication problems, and token provisioning.

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting IAM‑related applications.
• Linux environment expertise (Windows is not used).
• Splunk experience – must know how to handle alerting and logging.
• Comfortable with regular releases and production support activities.

Hourly pay range: $85 to $89 per hour (subject to education, experience, location, duties).
