Job Description

Job Title:
Monitoring Support

Location:

Charlotte, NC
Full-time, Permanent

Required Skills:

  • Understanding of application monitoring methodology including metrics discovery, threshold creation, database queries, data structure, and dashboard creation
  • Experience with application monitoring tools such as Sitescope, Introscope, Foglight, Splunk, Tivoli, NNMi
  • Understanding of Linux and Windows OS operations and performance
  • Understanding of programming concepts and scripting

    • Position will be part of the monitoring support team. The key responsibility is to lead the gathering and documentation of monitoring requirements and collaborate with Monitoring Architects and the tools team to implement and maintain tools and configurations for managed applications.
