You will manage and troubleshoot systems, networks, and software applications to ensure business operations flow seamlessly. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our staff by providing clear, reliable solutions, and you’ll act as the bridge between employees, vendors, and technical resources.

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with hardware, networking, and common business software
• Excellent communication skills and a service-first mindset

Based on your ability and willingness to learn, you will have the opportunity to advance to other positions within the company.

Salary: From $30,000.00 per year to $75,000.00
