Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Technical Product Owner to support the development of foundational capabilities for an Enterprise AI Platform. This role involves close collaboration with the Product Manager to define and deliver platform features such as APIs, LLM hub components, data connectors, and cloud infrastructure enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Product Manager to execute the product vision and roadmap for core AI/ML platform capabilities.
- Translate product requirements into actionable features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of platform features.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, Dev Ops, and security to align on goals and deliverables.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Communicate status updates, prepare executive presentations, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders across business units, ensuring feedback is incorporated into product iterations.
- Monitor platform usage and feature adoption, using insights to recommend improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends in AI/ML platforms, Generative AI, and cloud infrastructure.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology product development, business analysis, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience working with AI/ML platforms, APIs, or cloud infrastructure (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
- Familiarity with the AI/ML lifecycle including data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Mural.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with MLOps or LLMOps tools and practices.
- Exposure to Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models).
- Understanding of platform security, compliance, and cloud optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
