Job Description
- Experience in Agile QA Process, covering both Manual and Automated testing.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft CRM.
- Expertise in working on agile environment, contributing and participating in Release planning, Backlog grooming session, Iteration planning, story point estimations, User stories review sessions, attend daily stand-ups and Team demo’s.
- Experience in UFT
- Automation Testing tool and Worked in Mainframe, Windows forms & Web application testing. - Experience in designing the automation framework, creation of test suite, preparation of test data.
- Implementing critical automated QA solutions like Rating validation, Business test driven validations and QA metrics to measure ROI and quality of testing.
- Extensive working knowledge in projects involving both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in optimizing the automation regression suite and increased productivity.
- Well versed with Testing Methodologies and Knowledge on full life cycle of software testing including Test Estimation, Test requirement analysis, Test planning, Test execution & Defect Management and Test Closure.
- Coordinating issues between business teams, development teams and testing teams.
- Excellent in project documentation, Presentations, logical and analytical abilities.
- Possess good inter personal skills and self-learning attitude.
Salary Range: $100,000-$105,000 a year
