- 4+ years experience in SEM strategy and execution with B2C/DTC digital consumer brands such as e-commerce/e-retailers or online consumer marketplaces.
- Proven ability to grow and manage SEM channel at scale (e.g. has experience with scaling budgets from ~$3M > $10M or ~$5>20M) overseeing large product catalogs of 500+ skus.
- Expert proficiency in executing PLA campaigns in platforms including Google and Bing. Strong knowledge of GA, Search Console, Merchant Center, Keyword Planner, as well as with feed management tools similar to Feedonomics.
Understands landing page optimization and CRO, and has strong copywriting experience. - Detail-oriented, driven and accountable. Cross-functional team player with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: NYC or Charlotte is ideal, open to remote.
- Compensation: $125k-$145 Base Salary + 10% Bonus.
