Manager, Workday Suppliers/Banking/Expenses Lead - Healthcare

Responsibilities- Lead Workday enabled finance transformation of Suppliers, Banking and Expenses work streams to design, configure, test, and deploy leading-practice-based business processes
- Conduct client-facing design sessions for Workday to understand pain points and gather configuration requirements, including data needed for conversion
- Identify, communicate and manage risks to protect the business and minimize disruption
- Support business development activities, including identification and proposal development; collaborate with KPMG resources from other service lines/industries
- Supervise and manage staff working on assigned engagements
- Minimum five years of recent experience or four or more full lifecycle Workday implementations for Suppliers, Banking and Expenses
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree in finance, accounting, or business information systems; CPA is a plus
- Certifications in Workday Core Financials and applicable additional Workday certifications
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with ability to communicate at a client-facing business level
- Detailed understanding of ERP core concepts including transactional life cycles (Record to Report, Procure to Pay) and module dependencies; willing to travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
