• Lead Workday enabled finance transformation of Suppliers, Banking and Expenses work streams to design, configure, test, and deploy leading-practice-based business processes
• Conduct client-facing design sessions for Workday to understand pain points and gather configuration requirements, including data needed for conversion
• Identify, communicate and manage risks to protect the business and minimize disruption
• Support business development activities, including identification and proposal development; collaborate with KPMG resources from other service lines/industries
• Supervise and manage staff working on assigned engagements

• Minimum five years of recent experience or four or more full lifecycle Workday implementations for Suppliers, Banking and Expenses
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree in finance, accounting, or business information systems; CPA is a plus
• Certifications in Workday Core Financials and applicable additional Workday certifications
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with ability to communicate at a client-facing business level
• Detailed understanding of ERP core concepts including transactional life cycles (Record to Report, Procure to Pay) and module dependencies; willing to travel as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
