Job Details

Title: AI engineer for Agentic AI implementation

Location: Charlotte (hybrid)

Duration: Contract

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications using AWS, Bedrock, and Langchain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning through research.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI applications and infrastructure.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Build and deploy applications that leverage AI capabilities to solve real-world problems.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance AI applications.
  • Utilize vector databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Develop and refine prompts for AI models to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
    • Minimum Requirements
    • 5-6 years of experience in AI development, focusing on agentic AI.
    • Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, Sage Maker).
    • Strong experience with Bedrock and Langchain for building AI applications.
    • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
    • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
    • Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud).
    • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
    • Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Contributions to open-source AI projects are a plus.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
