• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across legal placements, including sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and managing the offer process.

• Build and strengthen relationships with law firms, in‑house legal departments, and regulatory/governance teams.
• Provide consultative hiring support tailored to clients’ legal and regulatory needs.

• Structured Finance Lawyers / Associates
• Asset Finance Lawyers
• Senior Legal Counsel / General Counsel roles
• Employment Lawyers / Employment Counsel

• Stay informed on legal industry trends, regulatory updates, and market movements to provide expert insights to clients and candidates.

• Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets.
• Share best practices and collaborate with colleagues across Phaidon’s global network.

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter
  , ideally within legal, regulatory, compliance, governance, or professional services recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrable success in target‑driven environments.
• Highly proactive, resilient, and commercially minded.
• Comfortable using CRM, sourcing tools, and recruitment technology.
