Job Description: Pacific Life is investing in bright, agile, and diverse early-career talent to fuel innovation and deliver a superior customer experience. The AVP, Global Early Careers Programs will design, lead, and scale the company's global early- and midcareer talent ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on cross-country rotational experiences.
This role owns the global strategy and execution for campus recruiting, university relations, internships and coops, early-career and midcareer rotational programs, and the global framework that enables talent to gain meaningful experiences across countries, cultures, and business lines. The AVP will partner closely with senior business leaders, HRBPs, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning to build a sustainable, future ready global talent pipeline.
This position can be based in Newport Beach, CA or Charlotte, NC. This position is onsite four days a week.
