Responsibilities- Assist with sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for open positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records
- Assist with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions
This position requires daily attendance in our Charlotte, NC office.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required
- Average first-year income range: $30,000 - $50,000+ (Base Salary + Bonuses)
