You balance employee advocacy and business operating needs by implementing the recruitment, employment, employee relations and equal opportunity employment processes. You mitigate company risks by ensuring that all company practices are compliant with government regulations. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
How You'll Make an Impact- Guide all aspects of employee relations and ensure that company policies are administered fairly and consistently.
- Collaborate with departments to understand business challenges and ensure effective and timely HR support.
- Maintain high integrity for the performance management program and the professional development of teams.
- Conduct investigations and issue escalation, including ethics reports.
- Hire, train and manage a team while managing all HR communications.
- Manage annual enrollment efforts and serve as an SME on team benefit programs
Required Qualifications Experience
- Five or more years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a multi-location environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or organizational behavior, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Advanced knowledge of state, local and federal employment laws, procedures, federal wages and hourly laws.
- Understanding of recruitment trends, employment practices, employee relations, procedures and applicable laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prioritization, organizational, presentation and English communication skills.
- Ability to interact with the public in a professional manner.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- PMP or SPHR certification.
