We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent HR Manager to join our rapidly growing construction company. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization, helping to shape our people practices and drive our business success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR operations in a high‑growth environment, preferably within the construction industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by building and maintaining a company culture that fosters high performance and employee engagement.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Implement effective onboarding plans for new employees.
  • Lead project management activities related to HR initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • SHRM‑CP or equivalent certification is required.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in a high‑growth environment, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated competence in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing a diverse workforce.
  • Outstanding project management and change management skills.
  • Experience with new employee onboarding and integration.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
