Job Overview – Recruiting Coordinator – 34038

The Recruiting Coordinator manages end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. They ensure smooth recruitment processes, maintain applicant tracking systems, and support hiring teams to meet staffing needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with hiring managers.
  • Manage pre-employment checks, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and provide recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate job postings, recruitment events, and job fairs.
  • Support Learning & Development by assigning training, building presentations, and maintaining the LMS system.
  • Assist with HR projects, provide administrative support, and ensure recruitment best practices.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR or 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong recruitment experience and knowledge of HR systems (Paylocity preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and effective communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
