Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Primary Title: Recruiter (On‑Site)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for assigned roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer management for on‑site hires across the U.S.
  • Proactively source passive and active candidates using Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and referrals to build a diverse pipeline.
  • Conduct structured phone and in‑person interviews, assess candidate fit vs. job requirements, and present shortlists to hiring managers with clear scorecards.
  • Manage ATS workflow and candidate communication to ensure timely updates, accurate records, and excellent candidate experience.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates while collaborating with HR/compensation to align offers with budget and policy.
  • Maintain compliance with U.S. employment laws, coordinate background checks, and support onboarding logistics for on‑site placements.


Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

  • 6 months of hands‑on full‑cycle recruiting experience in the United States (agency or corporate).
  • Proven sourcing skills using Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards to deliver qualified candidates quickly.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS) and strong data hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills with demonstrated closings.
Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for multiple disciplines (corporate, technical, frontline) and managing high‑volume requisition loads.
  • Familiarity with U.S. background screening processes and basic employment law/compliance for hiring.
