Director, Talent Acquisition - Hiring top Recruiters & Sales Professionals in the IT Staffing Industry!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven TA Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team here at INSPYR Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our Recruiting and Sales teams nationwide. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent in the IT Staffing Industry, to meet the evolving needs of our business. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for connecting with candidates, strong relationship building skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and attracting qualified candidates.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of Recruiting / TA experience (Recruiting experience within an IT staffing agency OR experience hiring sales talent preferred).
  • Proven success headhunting top talent and consistently filling openings with highly qualified candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, ie Linked In Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Here’s what to expect in this role:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, Linked In Recruiter, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills and overall fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing support and guidance throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, utilizing Job Diva (ATS) and Paychex.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing live updates and feedback from start to end.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive candidate experience.
