Base pay range$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
LHH is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) HR Generalist for a direct hire position in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to HR practices and demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This role is fully in office Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences and orientation programs that align with company culture and values.
- Assess training needs and assist in the creation and implementation of development plans.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records.
- Organize internal events and initiatives to promote a positive work environment. Support employee satisfaction surveys and contribute to action plans for continuous improvement.
- Research and recommend employee benefits enhancements.
- Collaborate with health service providers to implement wellness initiatives and annual health campaigns.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage timekeeping systems, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support documentation for new hires and terminations.
- Lead or support community engagement projects and represent the company at job fairs and local events.
- Track HR metrics and prepare reports for internal stakeholders. Manage HR-related data.
- Assist in reporting and tracking workplace incidents and support compliance with workers' compensation procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
