Overview

  • Lead and enhance training, learning, and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment with leadership goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing guidance on HR best practices and workforce decisions
  • Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and offering market insight during the selection process
  • Manage employee relations with professionalism, consistency, and sound judgment
  • Drive HR processes including performance management, onboarding, talent development, and policy adherence
  • Collaborate with global and multicultural stakeholders to ensure cohesion across HR activities
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline HR operations and increase efficiency
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Manager or senior HR generalist responsibilities
  • Background supporting manufacturing, distribution, or similar operational environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading training, learning, and development initiatives
  • Proven ability to partner with leadership at multiple levels and influence decisions appropriately
  • Strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best‑practice HR processes
  • Experience supporting recruitment and advising hiring managers through the selection process
  • Ability to operate effectively within multicultural or globally connected organizations
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Proficiency with HR systems, data analysis, and standard business software tools
