We are seeking a recruiting professional who delivers exceptional customer service while championing the SEL culture and values. In this role, you’ll manage the full hiring process—attracting, screening, and securing top talent efficiently and with confidentiality. This position offers the opportunity to simplify processes, solve problems proactively, and contribute meaningfully to make electric power safer, more reliable and more economical.
*** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** 1. Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
2. Promote and sell SEL’s culture and values to attract candidates.
3. Follow standard recruiting guidelines and principles to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates, flexes to meet customer needs.
4. Oversee and fill positions efficiently and timely with top talent, with little oversight.
5. Recommends placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.
6. Leads and supports the development and implementation of improvement efforts.
7. Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
8. Work independently to define and follow area processes, work instructions, and guidelines using initiative to propose solutions to problems.
9. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
10. Understand. Create. Simplify.
11. Other duties as assigned.
*** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree or related professional experience

Typically 2+ years of recruiting experience

Demonstrated ability to attract candidates and build networks by selling company culture and values.

Ability to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data Strong organizational skills

Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities  Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment  Background check results satisfactory to SEL  Negative drug test result(s)

** Pay Range Data**$68,000-$90,000 per year. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. The pay range may differ in other locations based on cost of labor. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
