Everything we deliver for our clients depends on having the right business insight, technical expertise, and experience at the right moment. Behind the scenes, a significant amount of coordination ensures this happens seamlessly, and our colleagues across the business rely on the Talent team to make that possible. As a Talent Consultant, Supervising Associate, you will be central to that mission—partnering closely with our professionals to provide impactful, people‑focused HR services.

You will help shape the development of future leaders and influence the evolution of programs that enhance our people’s growth and experience.

The opportunity

Talent continues to receive strong investment and plays a critical role in supporting our people’s strategy and this role reflects that momentum. You will build strong relationships with leaders, guide their decision‑making, and contribute to a culture that celebrates success and continuous improvement. Leaders will look to you for thoughtful counsel on employee relations while you help drive the Talent agenda forward.

You’ll join a world‑class team where innovation, creative problem‑solving, and new ideas are valued.

Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined population within the Financial Services Organization’s (FSO) Consulting practice. Working in close partnership with other Talent team members, you will execute innovative HR programs aligned to our Talent strategy. Responsibilities include implementing key processes—such as performance management, compensation, and career development—while addressing a wide range of employee inquiries and advising business leaders on people‑related matters.

You will also gather and analyze data related to staffing, headcount, budgets, and compensation to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Proven ability to manage a diverse and fast‑moving portfolio of projects
  • Strong working knowledge of HR laws, policies, and standard practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence leaders and support adoption of new programs and change initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of relevant HR or Talent‑related experience

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • SHRM certification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a professional services environment or complex matrix organization

What we look for

We’re seeking individuals who bring deep HR expertise and a consultative, influential approach. You should be comfortable challenging ideas, navigating complexity, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. If you are passionate about talent development and eager to take proactive ownership to stay ahead of business needs, this role will offer a highly rewarding opportunity to make an impact.
