Functional Oracle Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a Functional Oracle Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end payroll integrations, elements, fast formulas, and a strong understanding of U.S. payroll processes.

Prior experience with Oracle EBS is preferred.

• Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions.
• Manage end-to-end integrations across Payroll, HR, and Compensation modules.
• Configure and maintain payroll elements and fast formulas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver payroll solutions.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll regulations and standards.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for payroll-related issues.

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Proven experience with end-to-end integration involving Payroll, HR, and Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll elements and fast formulas.
• Solid understanding of U.S. payroll processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience with Oracle EBS Payroll.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with complex payroll structures.
