Job SummaryAs a Compensation Analyst, you will review, create, and implement policies and SOPs; revise, evaluate, and analyze job descriptions; support market analysis and job evaluations; participate in annual compensation cycles including merit and bonus processes; maintain salary structures and job codes in the HRIS; respond to routine compensation inquiries and support offer development; participate in compensation surveys; maintain data integrity for compensation reporting;
prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders; ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulatory requirements; collaborate with HR partners and Talent Acquisition on job descriptions and leveling; support compensation projects and initiatives; and perform any other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Two (2) years of related experience in compensation.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and HR systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to support multiple stakeholders.
- Position works in‑office at the corporate location.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to use a computer and other office equipment.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop as necessary.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to focus and concentrate on tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to navigate the office environment safely, including stairs and elevators (if applicable).
- Ability to travel up to 20% via airplane or vehicle (if applicable).
