As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:- Identify and attract high-caliber candidates across Technology and Financial Services
- Cultivate and manage lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with senior recruiters during client meetings and strategic sessions
- Monitor industry trends and translate insights into actionable hiring strategies
- Partner with leadership to achieve and surpass performance goals
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
- A proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Confidence working toward KPIs in a fast-paced, competitive setting
