Position: Compensation & Benefit Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the design, implement, and continuously improve compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with business goals, market trends and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive positioning of total rewards packages
  • Lead and maintain the internal systems of job evaluation and salary structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Support annual compensation review cycles, bonus planning and long-term incentive programs with robust data models and simulations
  • Manager and oversee the configuration, maintenance and enhancement of HRIS platforms to support core HR functions and total rewards processes
  • Analyze HR, compensation and benefits data to provide actionable insights for workforce planning, budgeting, DEI and performance management
  • Promote the digital transformation of compensation, benefits, and HR processes by implementing and optimizing HR technologies and platforms
  • Develop and maintain compensation dashboards and reports for leadership
  • Align compensation strategies with performance management and career development programs
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in HR analytics with focus on compensation & benefits
  • Solid understanding of compensation structures, job evaluation, market benchmarking and benefits design
  • Experience with compensation survey platforms (e.g. Gradar)
  • Proficiency in data analysis languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with HRIS and compensation modules (e.g., HiBob, Zucchetti)
  • Attention to detail in managing employee data, ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Italian and German as an advantage
