Talent Manager, Employee Relations
Continuum Care Services is looking for Human Resources Generalist.
The best candidate for this position must be dependable, well organized, detail oriented, professional, and a great communicator.
Day-to-day tasks include phone reception, email and other written correspondence, reviewing and drafting reports, assistance with compliance monitoring tasks, processing new candidates, maintaining personal files, and other clerical and data entry duties.
This job requires a self-starter with strong verbal and written communication, organization skills, the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, reliable transportation, strong people skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Computer technology and keyboarding skills are required. Clerical work must be formed with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
The ability to follow-up and follow-through are an important part of this job.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
