• Lead the "People" side of acquisitions; migrate staff onto unified HRIS/payroll platforms and blend diverse legacy teams into the company’s standard.
• Drive full cycle recruiting for Freight Brokers and Operations specialists; build a talent pipeline to support rapid expansion into new service lines.
• Manage all core HR functions for a 90-person multi-state workforce, ensuring compliance as our client’s geographic footprint expands.

• 5+ years in HR/Recruiting; experience in an M&A or high growth "roll-up" environment is highly preferred.
• Freight Brokerage or 3PL experience is preferred.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
