- Deep expertise in employment law and compliance across multiple states (EEOC, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, and related regulations).
- Experience with in insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated environments is strongly preferred.
- A proven ability to coach leaders through complex, sensitive situations with confidence and discretion.
- Strong investigative skills, including impartial fact‑finding, documentation, and recommendation of outcomes.
- A leadership style grounded in sound judgment, credibility, and relationship‑building across all levels of the organization.
