The Recruitment Consultant will own both business development and delivery across finance and accounting searches, helping clients secure high-impact talent while advancing your own career through a transparent promotion structure.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage your own client portfolio within finance and accounting
  • Drive the full recruitment cycle: prospecting, pitching, sourcing, and closing deals
  • Partner with financial services institutions, insurers, and PE-backed firms
  • Leverage structured learning programs to sharpen your sales and delivery skills
  • Contribute to a growing Charlotte office with strong backing from global leadership
You Will Need
  • Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally in finance or accounting sectors
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of winning and growing accounts
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders with precision
  • Resilience, drive, and the confidence to negotiate high-value deals
