Summary: Hotel Hosts contribute to the hotel's commitment to high-quality guest service and teamwork. Responsibilities include managing the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, guest check-in and check-out, and servicing meeting rooms. Previous guest service experience and good communication skills are required.

Qualifications:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
- Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, pull, and push at least 20 lbs
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
